Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Roger Francis Toleman, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Royal Tongan Airlines by replacing paragraph 3 ``Aircraft'' with a new paragraph as follows: ``B737 and, for code-share services, any aircraft operated by another airline holding a New Zealand international air service licence.''
