Appointment of Associate Member of the Commerce Commission Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce has been pleased to appoint Joseph G. Auton of Wellington to be an associate member of the Commerce Commission in relation to matters arising under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Parts II, III and V (except for sections 7073) of the Commerce Act 1986, for a period of 3 years, commencing on the 1st day of November 1994.
