Takeovers Panel Pursuant to section 6 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to appoint John Collingwood King, barrister and solicitor of Auckland as a member and chairperson of the Takeovers Panel for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof, and appoint David Oliver Jones, solicitor of Auckland as a member and deputy chairperson of the Takeovers Panel for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof, and further appoint George Gordon Henderson Gilmore, company director of Auckland Alistair Lawrence, banker of Auckland Paul Allan Randall, investment consultant of Lower Hutt James Malcolm Ott, o.b.e., accountant of Christchurch Kevin James O'Connor, company director of Wellington Annabel Margaret Young, chartered accountant of Wellington each as members of the Takeovers Panel for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof.
