The Traffic (Central Otago District) Notice No. 2, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Central Otago District) Notice No. 2, 1994. The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. The Traffic (Maniototo County) Notice No. 1, 1976, dated the 22nd day of June 1976*, issued pursuant to regulation 27a of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked. Schedule SITUATED within Central Otago District at Oturehua: Ida Valley - Omakau Road: from a point 50 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said road from Hills Creek Road to a point 1100 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said road from Hills Creek Road.
