The Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 4, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 4, 1994. The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 2, 1975, dated on the 6th day of October 1975*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27a of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked. Whangarei Heads Road: from a point 320 metres measured westerly, generally, along Whangarei Heads Road from Scott Road to a point 840 metres measured westerly, generally, along Whangarei Heads Road from Scott Road.
