The Fisheries (Gisborne Licensed Concession Fish Packing House) Notice 1994 (No. 5350) Pursuant to regulation 2 of the Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986*, and a delegation made, pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Acting Deputy Group Director of MAF Fisheries hereby makes the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Gisborne Licensed Concession Fish Packing House) Notice 1994. (2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Interpretation In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, terms and expressions used in this notice shall have the same meaning as in the Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986. 3.
