Cancellation of a Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated the 4th day of February 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Eva Aramoana in respect of Roimata Kohanga Reo, Roimata Marae, Opotiki.
