Appointment of Temporary Judge of the High Court Pursuant to section 11 of the Judicature Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint David Stewart Morris, barrister of Auckland to be a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand for a period of 12 months.
