Code for Business Development Boards 1993 (No. 2), Amendment No. 2 Pursuant to section 7 (3) (a) of the Business Development Boards Act 1991, the Minister of Business Development hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Code for Business Development Boards 1993 (No. 2), Amendment No. 2, and shall be read with and deemed part of the Code for Business Development Boards 1993 (No. 2)* (hereinafter referred to as the principal code). (2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day of April 1994. 2. Amendment to Schedule to principal code Paragraph 12 of the Schedule to the principal code is hereby amended by inserting after the word ``Board.'' the following sentence: ``The Minister may, in writing, instruct the Boards to suspend the approval of any or all grants under any relevant scheme or schemes if the Minister is satisfied that such action is necessary to avoid the current financial year's appropriation for the Business Development Programme schemes being exceeded.''
