The Traffic (Hurunui District) Notice No. 1, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hurunui District) Notice No. 1, 1994. The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to regulation 21(2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. The Traffic (Hurunui County) Notice No. 7, 1981, dated the 28th day of October 1981*, issued pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked. Schedule SITUATED within Hurunui District at Leithfield: Beach Road: from Old Main North Road to a point 100 metres measured westerly, generally, along Beach Road from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff). Brighton Street. Broomfield Street. Dover Street. Mount Grey and Leithfield Road: from Old Main North Road to Terrace Road. Old Main North Road: from Mount Grey and Leithfield Road to a point 700 metres measured southerly, generally, along Old Main North Road from Beach Road. Ramsgate Street.
