The Traffic (Queenstown-Lakes District) Notice No. 1, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Queenstown-Lakes District) Notice No. 1, 1994. The area specified in the Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. The Traffic (Queenstown-Lakes District) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed the 9th day of April 1990*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked. Schedule SITUATED within Queenstown-Lakes District at Arrowtown: All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of Centennial Avenue 300 metres measured southerly, generally, along Centennial Avenue from Cornwall Street; thence across Centennial Avenue at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the north-eastern side of McDonnell Road 1000 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along McDonnell Road from Lake Hayes-Arrowtown Road; thence across McDonnell Road at right angles from its north-eastern side to its south-western side; thence north-westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the eastern side of Lake Hayes-Arrowtown Road 50 metres measured southerly, generally, along that roadside from Malaghans Road; thence across Lake Hayes-Arrowtown Road at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence north-westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the southern side of Malaghans Road 50 metres measured westerly, generally, along that roadside from Lake Hayes-Arrowtown Road; thence across Malaghans Road at right angles from its southern side to its northern side; thence north-westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the south-eastern side of Manse Road 400 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along that roadside from Malaghans Road; thence across Manse Road at right angles from its south-eastern side to its north-western side; thence due east for 400 metres; thence due north to the southern bank of Bush Creek; thence easterly and southerly, generally, along that bank and the true right bank at the Arrow River to a point due east at the commencing point; thence due west to the commencing point.
