The Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1994. The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. The roads specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976. So much of the Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed on the 6th day of December 1990*, which relates to sections of the roads in the Schedules below issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked. First Schedule SITUATED within Manukau City At Manurewa Ward: Davies Avenue. Nesdale Avenue. Oak Road. Orb Avenue. Wairere Road. Wattle Farm Road. Sykes Road: from Mahia Road to Celmisa Place. At Mangere and Otara Wards: Parkwood Place. Redoubt Road: from Great South Road to the southbound Wiri off-ramp from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff). At Howick and Pakuranga Wards: East Tamaki Road: from Whitford Road to a point 200 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along East Tamaki Road from Whitford Road. Nicholas Road. Sommerville Road: from Whitford Road to a point 500 metres measured northerly, generally, along Sommerville Road from Whitford Road. Second Schedule SITUATED within Manukau City: At Howick and Pakuranga Wards: East Tamaki Road: from Whitford Road to Botany Road. Cascades Road: from Botany Road to Aviemore Drive. At Mangere and Otara Wards: Crooks Road. Cryers Road. Neales Road. Parkwood Place. Roscommon Road: from Puhinui Road to the No. 20 State Highway (Onehunga-Redoubt Road via Papatoetoe). Redoubt Road: from a point 320 metres measured easterly, generally, along Redoubt Road from Goodwood Drive to a point 600 metres measured easterly, generally, along Redoubt Road from Hilltop Road; and from Murphys Road along Redoubt Road to its eastern end. At Clevedon Ward: Ti Rakau Drive: from Botany Road to East Tamaki Road. Whitford Maraetai Road: from Whitford Park Road to a point 890 metres measured easterly, generally, along Whitford Maraetai Road from Whitford Park Road.
