Exemption from Equipment Requirements Pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to section 28 of the Land Transport Act 1993, I, Richard Leslie Reynolds, Manager Vehicle Standards, hereby exempt any vehicle fitted with tyres retreaded in New Zealand, from the requirement to comply with a prescribed standard, for the purposes of the said Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990.
