Approval of Alternative Standards for High Mounted Stop Lamps Pursuant to regulation 6 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, and pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety, I, Hugh Cameron Matheson, Senior Automotive Engineer, hereby prescribe the standards specified in the Schedule hereto as alternative standards for high mounted stop lamps for the purposes of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990.
