Approval of Red Reflex Reflectors Pursuant to regulation 88, subclause (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and in exercise of powers delegated to me, pursuant to section 28 of the Land Transport Act 1993, I, Hugh Cameron Matheson, Senior Automotive Engineer, hereby approve, for the purposes of regulation 62 (2), (3), (4) and (5) of the said regulations, red reflex reflectors as specified in the Schedule below. Schedule Red reflex reflector incorporated in lens marked HNZ01, manufactured by Hella and bearing the name HELLA within the Hella logo. Note: Lens listed in the Schedule above, complies with the relevant standard in the Second Schedule of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990.
