Code for Business Development Boards 1993 (No. 2), Amendment No. 1 Pursuant to section 7 (3) (a) of the Business Development Boards Act 1991, the Minister of Business Development hereby gives the following notice. N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Code for Business Development Boards 1993 (No. 2), Amendment No. 1, and shall be read with and deemed part of the Code for Business Development Boards 1993 (No. 2)* (hereinafter referred to as the principal code). (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1994. 2. Amendment to Schedule to principal code The Schedule to the principal code is hereby amended by omitting the words ``Assistance is not available for activities directed at the South African market'' wherever they occur.
