TIZARD, Governor-General Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Dame Catherine A. Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint the Manawatu District Council to have the control and management of the Halcombe Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 1st day of March 1994. Schedule Halcombe Cemetery Lot 98, Deposited Plan No. 41, being part Subdivision ``A'', Manchester Block, situated in Block IX, Oroua Survey District. Area: 6.0829 hectares, more or less.
