Arawhata Cemetery Closure Notice, 1994 Pursuant to section 41 (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice. N o t i c e I, Bill English, Parliamentary Under Secretary, being satisfied that burials in the Arawhata Cemetery (being the land described in this notice) should be wholly discontinued, hereby direct that the Arawhata Cemetery shall be closed and burials therein discontinued from the 15th day of August 1994. Schedule All that parcel of land containing 4.05 hectares, more or less, described as R148, Block I, Arawhata Survey District. Dated at Wellington this 8th day of February 1994. B.
