District Court Judge Appointed Pursuant to section 5 of the District Courts Act1947, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint Jane Hewat Lovell-Smith of Auckland, barrister and solicitor to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand.
