A meeting of trustees of the Sir James Wattie Memorial Trust, passed a resolution that Colin Francis Dudley, as a trustee of the trust, apply to the Registrar of Charitable Trusts for a declaration of dissolution of the trust, pursuant to section 335a of the Companies Act 1955. 2.
