Bryant Pharmacy Limited: Take notice that I, Robert Edgar Bryant, pharmacist of Auckland, a director of R.E. Bryant Pharmacy Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Waipawa, which has ceased to operate, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Napier for a declaration of dissolution of the said company and that unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days of the date of this notice was published, the Registrar may dissolve the said company.
