Notice of Application for Declaration of Dissolution In the matter of section 335a of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Aria Holdings Limited, Bacup Nominees Limited, Callisto Investments (No. 6) Limited, Forepeak Investments Limited, Picket Securities Limited, Renouf Capital Markets Limited, Renouf Futures Limited and Renouf Venture Capital Limited (``the companies''): Notice is hereby given that Trevor Dwerryhouse of Whangaparoa, director and secretary of the above-named companies, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington for declarations of dissolution of the companies by reason of the fact that the companies have ceased to operate and have discharged all of their debts and liabilities (other than those owed to their members).
