Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme M. No. 10/94 In the High Court of New Zealand, Wanganui Registry In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of an application by The Wanganui District Council as trustee for consent to a scheme for variation of a charitable trust declared by the will of John Tiffin Stewart of Wanganui, gentleman, deceased: Notice of application for approval of a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. Notice is hereby given that The Wanganui District Council as trustee of the will of John Tiffin Stewart, late of Wanganui, gentleman, deceased, has filed in the office of the High Court at Wanganui an application for approval of a scheme varying the terms of a will dated the 25th day of October 1907 and a codicil dated the 2nd day of May 1909, under which the Stewart Trust is held. Under the will the Stewart Trust is to hold on trust a house property for the benefit of accommodating plunket nurses and children under the age of 5. Under the proposed scheme, the trustee proposes that the trustee sell the house (with allowance for boundary adjustments) and proceeds from the sale to be paid to Plunket, Wanganui. Copies of this scheme and the report of the Attorney-General thereon may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Wanganui or at the office of the trustee, care of Wanganui District Court, 101 Guyton Street, Wanganui. The application has been set down for hearing in the High Court on the 2nd day of June 1994 at 10 a.m. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Wanganui and to the Wanganui District Council Trustee at 101 Guyton Street, Wanganui and the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before the above-mentioned date.
