Notice Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 Safety Equipment Australia Pty Limited, registered in New Zealand as an overseas company under company No. 488534, hereby gives notice that it intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand as from 15 March 1994, and to apply for removal from the Overseas Companies Register in New Zealand.
