Removal of Name from Register of Valuers Pursuant to regulation 27 of the Valuers Regulations 1949, it is notified that the name of David Raymond Hitchins has been removed from the Register of Valuers in terms of section 31 (1) (c) of the Valuers Act 1948. Following an inquiry, Mr Hitchins has been found guilty of such unethical conduct in the performance of his duties as a valuer, as in the opinion of the Board, renders him unfit to be registered under the Valuers Act 1948.
