Revoking Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 1 John's Road and Declaring Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 1 Belfast to Russley It is notified that the Transit New Zealand Authority, by resolution dated 2 February 1994 and pursuant to section 88 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 revokes the limited access road status from the section of highway described in the First Schedule hereto, and declares the section of State highway described in the Second Schedule hereto to be limited access road. First Schedule In Christchurch on State Highway No. 1 (John's Road) commencing at Sawyers Arms Road (RP 332/5.53) and extending to Harewood Road (RP 332/6.98). Second Schedule In Christchurch on State Highway 1, generally on the northern side commencing in Belfast 66 metres west of the junction with State Highway 74 at RP 332/0.07 to a point 118 metres west of the junction with Connemara Drive, and thence generally on the southern then eastern side along John's and Russley Roads to a point 311 metres north of the junction with Bentley Street in Russley at RP 332/11.28, and thence generally on the western side to a point 109 metres north of the junction with State Highway 73 at RP 332/11.84, as more particularly shown on sheets 111 of Plan TNZ CH/48 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Christchurch and there available for public inspection.
