Kings Tours and Cruises Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 Bay of Islands Enterprises Limited, a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at Paihia, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of January 1994, it appointed Richard Glen Sumpter and Victor Lawrence Baughen of Whangarei, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property of Kings Tours and Cruises Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of September 1993. The property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by Kings Tours and Cruises Limited.
