Blue Angel Holdings Limited (in receivership) We, Anthony George Lewis and Ian McCallum Hercus, both chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several receivers of Blue Angel Holdings Limited by Kwong Fat Hong Chemicals Limited, being the Debenture Holder by virtue of a deed of debenture, dated the 28th day of June 1994, and registered at the Companies Office at Wellington on 28 July 1994 (``the Debenture''), giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the Company.
