Paulik Specialist Coatings Limited (in receivership) We, Anthony George Lewis and Ian McCallum Hercus, both chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several receivers of Paulik Specialist Coatings Limited by Miroslav Paulik, being the assignee of a debenture in favour of The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, dated the 17th day of April 1992, and registered at the Companies Office at Wellington on the 8th day of May 1992 (``the Debenture''), giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the Company.
