Computer Store Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receivership Act 1993 Albertland Enterprises Limited, a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at 5 Anzac Street, Takapuna, hereby gives notice that on the 6th day of October 1994, it appointed Kenneth Ian Gilbert, chartered accountant of Wylie McDonald, 5 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of Computer Store Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture, dated the 16th day of September 1992.
