We have been appointed as receivers and managers in respect of the company's Boeing 767209 aircraft having manufacturers serial No. 22682 entered on the New Zealand Civil Aircraft Register with registration No. ZK-NBF, two Pratt & Whitney Model JT9D7R4D engines serial numbers 709635 and 709637, certain aircraft documents and parts, all as described in the mortgage.
