Mita Mowers Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Pro Power Equipment Limited, with reference to Mita Mowers Limited (in receivership), hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of July 1994, Pro Power Equipment Limited appointed Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Gerard James Hulst, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Jeff Meltzer & Associates, Eighth Floor, 17 Albert Street (P.O. Box 6302, Wellesley Street), Auckland, or telephone (09) 357 6150, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 16th day of December 1993. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
