Moad Limited (formerly Para Limited) Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 Marlborough Pension Funds Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of June 1994, it appointed Anthony John McCullagh as its receiver and manager of the property of Moad Limited (formerly Para Limited), under a debenture dated the 4th day of March 1993, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by Moad Limited.
