Slagter's Orchard Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 Trust Bank Otago Limited, with reference to Slagter's Orchard Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of May 1994, the bank appointed Murray Neil Frost and Lindsay John Brown, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at care of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 7th day of August 1992. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
