Liftways Transport (Wgtn) Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given that Bruce McCallum and David Ross Petterson of Wellington, chartered accountants, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Liftways Transport (Wgtn) Limited, following the request of the company to its bankers, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture, dated the 5th day of December 1985, registered by that company on the 10th day of December 1985. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
