Arkwright Tavern Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 Lion Nathan Limited, with reference to Arkwright Tavern Limited (``the company''), hereby gives notice that on the 20th day of December 1993, Lion Nathan Limited appointed Ross William Henderson and Graeme Norman Davey of Walker Davey and Company, Chartered Accountants, 118 Victoria Street, Christchurch, as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of the company under the powers contained in the debenture dated the 21st day of April 1993. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
