Southland Co-operative Milk Producers Limited Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Southland Co-operative Milk Producers Limited will be held in the company cafeteria at 111 Nith Street, Invercargill on Thursday, the 10th day of November 1994 at 8 p.m. Business: To consider, and if thought fit, to pass with or without amendment, the following resolution as a special resolution of the company: 1. That the Southland Co-operative Milk Producers Limited alters its memorandum of association, pursuant to sections 15a (5), 18 (1) (a) and 18 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, and every other section applying by omitting clauses 2 (a) to (u) inclusive of the memorandum of association being all the provisions with respect to the objects and powers of the company and substituting the following: ``That the company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in section 15a subsection (1) paragraphs (a) to (h) inclusive of the Companies Act 1955).''
