Airedale International (1991) Limited Notice of Appointment of Liquidators On the 6th day of December 1994, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that Airedale International (1991) Limited, be liquidated and that John Robert Buchanan and Stephen Glenn Hotchin, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
