H J Ryan Marketing Limited Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator On the 12th day of October 1994, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, that H J Ryan Marketing Limited be liquidated and that K. T. Stotter and G. G. McDonald of Auckland, chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of October 1994.
