South Auckland Office Supplies Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on the 22nd day of August 1994, when the members appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Stephen Mark Lawrence, liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 211 (2) of the Companies Act 1955. In accordance with section 215 of the Companies Act 1955, the liquidators do not intend to call a meeting of creditors as there are no tangible assets to be realised or funds to be distributed.
