Appointment of Liquidators and Meeting of Creditors In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Cedar Valley Press Limited (in liquidation): Notice is given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 31st day of May 1994, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely: 1. That at the request of Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker the special resolution dated 24 May 1994 appointing Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker as joint liquidators of the company but subject to the confirming resolutions at the creditors' meeting to be held in respect of the liquidation of the company be revoked. 2.
