Notice Calling Final Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of C R Thwaites (Builder) Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Chambers Nicholls, Eighth Floor, AMP Centre, Cathedral Square, Christchurch at 10.30 a.m. on Monday, the 8th day of November 1993, for the pupose of: 1. Having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator. 2. To resolve, pursuant to section 328 (i) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, that: ``The liquidator shall hold the records of the company for 12 months, after that time the records may be destroyed.'' Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy and vote instead of that member. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Chambers Nicholls, Eighth Floor, AMP Centre, Cathedral Square (P.O.
