Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road Wairoa District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of April 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 22nd day of April 1993, No. 54, page 1035, under the heading ``Land Acquired for Road Wairoa District'' by substituting The Gisborne District Council for The Wairoa District Council in the declaration.
