Amending a Notice Setting Land in Ruapehu District Apart for a Vehicle Testing Station Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of October 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 October 1993, No. 142, page 2957, setting land in Ruapehu District apart for a vehicle testing station by deleting ``certificate of title, Volume 364, folio 52'' and substituting ``Gazette notice S. 294585''.
