Land Acquired for Sewage Disposal Works in Tauranga District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to middle line proclamation H. 441388 and to a gas pipeline easement in gross created by transfer H. 527500, is hereby acquired for sewage disposal works and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 3.0130 hectares, situated in Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, being part Papamoa 2, Section 9A Block; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
