Amending a Notice Declaring Land Between Christchurch and Rangiora Now Set Apart for Railway Purposes Pursuant to sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of April 1986, published in New Zealand Gazette, 1 May 1986, No. 66, page 1903 and registered in the Canterbury Registry as document C. 718338.1 ``Declaring Land Between Christchurch and Rangiora Now Set Apart for Railway Purposes'' by omitting from the Schedule the words ``1.2141 ha (3a), part Rural Section 203, Conveyance 45328 (Deeds Index 3c/s 349)'' eighteenthly described in the original notice and substituting the words ``9304 square metres, part Rural Section 203, Conveyance 45328 (balance Deeds Index 3c/s 349)''.
