Amending Notice Land at Twizel Acquired for Education Purposes (Playing Fields) Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 2nd day of December 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 10th day of December 1992, No. 201 at page 4455, by (i) deleting from the declaration the words ``subject to the covenants in the Second Schedule hereto''; (ii) deleting the Second Schedule.
