Road Stopped and Set Apart Rangikohua Road, Gisborne District Pursuant to section 116 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, declares the road described in the Schedule to be stopped and pursuant to section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, set apart as an esplanade reserve which shall vest in The Gisborne District Council on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
