Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of August 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 August 1993, No. 124, at page 2477, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by inserting in paragraph (b) (i) immediately after ``50C/476,'' the words ``subject to encumbrance B. 082319.3,''.
