Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Manukau City Council on the 10th day of November 1993: ``That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Manukau City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act.''
